Job Summary
Own and scale an affiliate and partnerships engine that drives incremental revenue across retailers and creator networks, with a clear testing roadmap and measurable impact.
- Build a scalable partner pipeline and recruit high-performing creators, publishers, and affiliates.
- Align activity with promotions and rank strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and Target to maximize ROAS.
- Feed top creator content into paid media and PDPs while refining messaging based on performance data.
Job Description
- Own and scale affiliate and partnerships channels including Awin, Levanta, Superaffiliate, TikTok Shop, and Creator Connections
- Set and deliver against monthly revenue and efficiency targets
- Build and execute a clear testing and scaling roadmap
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators, publishers, and partners
- Build a consistent pipeline of partners who drive measurable revenue
- Focus on TikTok-first creators and Amazon-native content partners
- Align affiliate activity with Amazon rank strategy, Walmart, and Target promotions
- Drive traffic that converts across Amazon and retailer sites
- Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns support key trading moments
- Develop and optimize commission structures to drive incremental growth
- 3â6 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or creator-led growth
- Experience with at least two of the following:
- Awin, Levanta, TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator ecosystem, Superaffiliate
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, ROAS, and profitability
- Experience working with Amazon-first or retail-led brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok and creator-led commerce
- Existing network of creators, publishers, or affiliate partners
