Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area for an Affiliate / Partnership Manager. In this role, you will identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing partner accounts, analyzing performance to optimize partnerships, developing strategies to expand affiliate networks, and maintaining effective and professional communication with stakeholders. The Affiliate / Partnership Manager will play a critical role in establishing relationships that fuel the company’s mission of empowering healthcare and wellness businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify and develop valuable collaborations
• Proficiency in Account Management and Communication with the ability to manage relationships and ensure mutual success
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions
• Proactive mindset with a proven ability to meet goals and contribute to company growth
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
