Job Summary
Own an affiliate growth role focused on expanding Leadling's network of Realtors and lenders, turning referrals into recurring revenue while enabling professionals to scale with AI-powered marketing tools.
- Affiliate growth: Build and promote a nationwide network of Realtors, loan officers, teams, and brokerages to generate qualified referrals.
- Onboarding and support: Onboard affiliates and provide ongoing enablement to drive successful referrals and platform adoption.
- Revenue and tracking: Monitor referrals and recurring commissions to optimize earnings and partner performance.

Responsibilities
