Job Summary

Own the affiliate growth engine with end-to-end responsibility for partner recruitment, compliance, performance analysis, and program expansion that directly drives revenue.

  • Growth ownership: Expand the affiliate network and use data to unlock growth opportunities and uplift program revenue.
  • Channel and partner management: Recruit, onboard, and support high quality affiliates; keep partner materials on-brand and compliant.
  • Measurement and governance: Track KPIs, monitor activity, enforce guidelines, and translate results into leadership-ready insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management
  • Assist in the day to day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing relationships with high-quality affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
  • Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks
  • Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
