Responsibilities

• As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will help shape our partner growth across North America.
• The Affiliate Marketing function develops and manages Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial relationships that support our growth across North America.
• This role focuses on building strong partner relationships and using commercial judgement to help shape performance in a complex and evolving market.
• It requires analytical thinking, market awareness and the confidence to work closely with partners and internal stakeholders.
• The role also plays an important part in improving the wider affiliate offering across the region.
• Representing the business externally at key B2B and partner events and meetings.
• Implementing the group marketing strategy in line with key business objectives.
• Supporting asset creation and improving the affiliate website and platform to strengthen reporting for our partners.
• Sharing local insights to improve the company’s product and offering in North America.
• Overseeing and negotiating contracts for key North American marketing partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing B2B commercial relationships.
• Strong background in affiliate marketing.
• Experience in a sports or gambling business is preferred.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Proven ability in securing positive commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of the North American sports market.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights tools and sources.
• Strong understanding of the company’s product suite and offering across each market.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across various departments and roles.
• Awareness of affiliate platforms, tracking and reporting tools, with experience using a range of data insight tools and sources.

Preferred

• Experience in a sports or gambling business is preferred.
