Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates via outbound outreach to content creators, trading influencers, Discord/Telegram community owners, and YouTubers
• Manage day-to-day relationships with our existing affiliate partner base
• Negotiate custom deals and retainer agreements with high-value affiliates
• Work with marketing on creative assets, landing pages, promo codes, and campaign launches
• Monitor affiliate performance data — grow underperformers, scale top producers
• Detect and investigate fraud, attribution abuse, and policy breaches
• Hit monthly targets on affiliate-sourced revenue, activation, and growth

Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate management, partnerships, or business development
• Proven track record of signing affiliates that generated meaningful revenue
• Strong outbound skills — confident cold-outreaching major influencers and closing
• Sharp commercial instincts — commission structures, LTV, negotiation
• Highly organised, data-fluent (spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting)

Preferred

• Background in prop trading, forex, crypto, iGaming, or fintech
• Existing relationships with affiliates or influencers in the trading space
• Multi-language fluency
