Cardin McCoy is hiring an Affiliate & Creator Coordinator to help grow our creator and affiliate program.

We design and produce kids’ graphic tees and apparel, and we’re looking for someone who can find, recruit, and manage creators who love sharing products with moms and families. This is an execution role. The goal is simple: recruit creators, get them posting, and help turn creator content into sales.

What You’ll Do

• Find creators, moms, and influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Send outreach messages and follow-ups
• Recruit creators into our affiliate program
• Set up affiliate links, discount codes, and product seeding
• Coordinate creator communication and posting timelines
• Track which creators are active and driving sales
• Keep top creators engaged with new drops and offers
• Share creator feedback and content ideas with the team

Who We’re Looking For

• Organized, proactive, and strong at follow-up
• Comfortable messaging and communicating with creators
• Interested in social media, eCommerce, kids’ apparel, and creator marketing
• Able to manage many conversations at once
• Detail-oriented with tracking links, codes, posts, and sales
• Affiliate, influencer, social media, or eCommerce experience is a plus, but not required for the right person

What Success Looks Like

• New creators recruited every week
• Creators posting consistently
• Affiliate sales growing month over month
• Top creators staying active around new product drops
• Strong organization around outreach, content, codes, and performance

Compensation

• Base salary: $40,000–$50,000
• Bonus: based on creator activity and affiliate revenue
• Target total compensation: $55,000–$80,000+
