Job Description
- Growth Infrastructure: Act as day-to-day marketing lead for 8-10 advisor teams, aligning goals and growth opportunities.
- Campaign Planning: Conduct proactive planning sessions with advisor teams to uncover needs and align initiatives with team goals.
- Regional Alignment: Partner with Advisor Marketing Consultants to ladder plans to regional growth priorities.
- Event Coordination: Support a handful of teams executing on marketing goals with a strong focus on events.
- Content & Channels: Align advisor marketing plans with corporate offerings and use the Advisor Marketing Platform for events, email, social.
- Data & Reporting: Navigate Salesforce to pull reports, analyze dashboards, present client data, and report results and budgets.
- Tools & Execution: Lead planning and execution using FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, and Salesforce.
- Collateral & Campaigns: Coordinate collateral development, content customization, email/social/web campaigns, event support, and vendor communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance to ensure timely asset execution and approvals.
- Knowledge & Enablement: Document processes, educate advisors, and maintain a central knowledge hub for marketing strategy.
