Responsibilities

• Prospective Student CRM System Management: Learn, configure, manage, and administer the prospective student CRM and related digital communications efforts, including email, SMS, and outbound calling campaigns to recruit prospective students. Procure, manage, and analyze prospective student databases and lists. Manage multiple, concurrent projects from a variety of stakeholders. Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and produce high-quality, effective communication campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
• Content Creation, Delivery, and Analysis: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels with a variety of backgrounds to develop and deliver relevant communication content to prospective students. Develop outbound communication campaigns reflecting an understanding of complex segments of prospective students for high-value research and health professions programs. Campaigns will reflect a knowledge of higher education workflow, knowledge and understanding of digital communications assets, and adherence to university style and communications standards. Perform ongoing list analysis and campaign outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Other Duties: Perform other admission services duties as assigned, such as communicating with stakeholders, answering emails, and inbound SMS messages, assisting with large on-campus events, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a student-facing college or university admission or academic office (may include time as a part-time employee and/or graduate assistant) to demonstrate an understanding of higher education new student enrollment workflow in an interview setting.
• Knowledge of email & SMS marketing best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

• Prior experience working with communication systems and software.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital communication production.
• Sound knowledge of a CRM system from employment experience.
• Knowledge of university style and communications standards.
• Graphic design experience.
