Responsibilities

• keep our cooperative running smoothly while ensuring clear, timely communication with members, directors, employees, and the community.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Three years of administrative, coordination, or communications experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an affinity for clear messaging.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common software, and a high level of comfort with technology.
• Familiarity with cooperative principles or the energy industry is a plus
