Job Description
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant shall be responsible for preparing and processing all paperwork for the practice. They will also prepare documents and files as for upcoming client appointments. They will also be responsible for filing and appropriate flow and follow up of paperwork and documents for the practice.
ROLES/DUTIES
- Check daily transactions
- File
- Appointment Preparation
- Paperwork and business followup
CRM maintenance
- Households
- Merging client contacts
- Changing addresses
Mailings
- Paperwork preparation
- Conduct all duties in compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned (Marketing, Event Planning, etc)
PRODUCTION EXPECTATION
- Check all team transactions daily.
- Have all appropriate files prepared for daily appointments
- Follow up on business as systems dictate
- Prepare all paperwork for all client meetings
- Maintain all records on CRM
- Prepare all mailings for Team
QUARTERLY OBJECTIVES
- 100% of transactions checked and fixed as needed for the quarter
- All paperwork and files prepared on time for client meetings
- All client records are up to date on CRM
- All Business for the quarter followed up on and status reported
- 100% of mailings accomplished for the quarter
- 100% attainment of quarterly goals
ANNUAL OBJECTIVES
- Handled all duties effectively and efficiently
- 100% of transactions checked and fixed as needed for the year
- All paperwork and files prepared on time for client meetings
- All client records are up to date on CRM
- All business for the year followed up on and status reported
- 100% of mailings accomplished for the year
- Held 80% of set appointments for team
- 100% of staff goals achieved
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
