Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Operational Support: Keep the department running smoothly with day-to-day coordination and organization
  • Track marketing material requests and manage inventory of promotional items
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Help organize and execute community and fundraising events (like seasonal events and special initiatives)
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and volunteers from planning through execution
  • Community Outreach: Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and job fairs
  • Support staff participation in outreach efforts by preparing materials and logistics
  • Build relationships that strengthen community presence
  • Marketing & Data Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics (social media, website, campaigns)
  • Maintain spreadsheets and assist with database updates and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Creativity and familiarity with social media and content creation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with a team

We are able to provide a multi-disciplinary approach that draws on the expertise of our staff, which includes persons trained in developmental services, substance abuse treatment, psychiatry, psychology, mental health counseling, social work, family therapy, and child therapy.
