Responsibilities

• Seeking an Ad Copywriter and Funnel + Messaging Strategist to develop Meta ads copy, creative hooks, sales page copy, landing page copy, email sequence copy (+ full funnel copy when needed ) for coaches and course creators.
• This role is best suited for someone who has already led messaging decisions and understands how to diagnose what’s broken in messaging within a funnel.
• As the Ad Copywriter and Funnel + Messaging Strategist, you will be responsible for developing the strategy direction for new clients onboarding with us, in addition to developing refreshed ad copy and creative hooks for all of our existing clients.
• Our two Senior Strategist will help guide the overall funnel strategy and will look to you to lead the messaging strategy from there.
• In order to succeed in this role, you will need to leverage our custom client specific GPTs to develop multiple variations of ad copy, ad creative hook, and funnel copy (as needed) accordingly.
• You will collaborate with both the Senior Strategists and Account Managers to craft compelling, high converting messaging, positioning, and copy that drives real, bottom-line results for our 40+ clients.
• You’re not just executing on copy briefs; you’re using your experience to spot what’s missing, what’s overused, and where a message needs to be sharper based on new industry trends, Meta policies, and clients voice and tone.
• During a typical week, you'll be using our custom GPTs (already trained on each client) to execute messaging and copy based on briefs submitted to you by our Account Managers.
• You'll be balancing copy for new clients who have just onboarding (an average of 2 per week), ad copy refreshes for existing clients, email copy, sales page / landing page copy, and making unlimited edits to any copy you've already produced based on client or team feedback.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE experience with developing conversion specific ad copy and creative hooks in addition to funnel copy.
• Mandatory that you've worked with coaches & course creators in the past and understand the nuances of this space/what works best for these kinds of funnels :)
• Work be available for communication during our 10am - 6pm EST working hours
• Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities
• The ability to work with custom GPT’s to hit turnaround times and deliverables
• 3+ years experience with online advertising with couches and course creators, specifically on Facebook and Instagram
• Self-motivation in order to exceed expectations
• A deep understanding of funnel messaging, conversion copy, and how to write for ads (not organic style copy)
• Proven experience developing copy that drive results
• Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude ( someone who will Google, Asana, ChatGPT, YouTube the answers before just asking a question )
• A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients
• Ability to manage projects in Asana and complete tasks/projects on time
• The ability to collaborate with the internal Ad Girls team members and the ability to receive copy feedback without taking it personally
• Communicate with the team in Slack around projects/timelines
• Bring a strong point of view on strategy and around what will convert
• Spotting patterns across accounts and advising on messaging direction
