Activities Director – Senior Living Community

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate Activities Director to join our senior apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, creating engaging experiences, and contributing to a vibrant, welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement daily activities and events that promote socialization, wellness, and enrichment for senior residents
• Develop monthly activity calendars and coordinate group outings, games, classes, and special events
• Engage residents and encourage participation in community activities
• Assist with marketing efforts, including community events and resident engagement initiatives
• Support the leasing team by touring the property with prospective residents and helping showcase the lifestyle and amenities of our community
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Ensure activities comply with community policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors preferred (activities, recreation, hospitality, or similar fields)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for senior care
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer skills (email, calendars, flyers)
• Marketing or leasing experience is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
