Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or community engagement.
• Understanding of the relationships among the Board of Directors, Community Manager, and homeowners.
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and conflict resolution techniques.
• Effective project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in various stages of completion and communicate with all parties involved.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, websites, mass email tools, and digital content platforms.
• Ability to produce polished communication materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
