Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage vendor invoices, process payments, and prepare expense reports. Key responsibilities include reconciling account statements, assisting with journal entries, and maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications- Experience with processing Expense Reports and reconciling financial data
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
- Familiarity with preparing and maintaining Journal Entries
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
