Job Description
TKG is a growing company in Northeast Ohio that is looking to add a hands-on accounting professional to their team.
This role sits just below the Controller level and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day accounting while also helping improve processes and systems over time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, close)
- Financial reporting and reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting and analysis
- Identifying process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- 3–7 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of month-end close and financials
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership
- Interest in growing into a Controller-type role
