About The Opening
Jewelry Store Marketers is hiring an Account Support Specialist to support digital marketing for jewelry retailers, including social media, content, paid media, SEO, client service, and campaign reporting. In this position, you will coordinate client or account support, follow-up, and service delivery. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.
Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for assigned customers or internal account teams in the Account Support Specialist role at Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Maintain accurate account notes, contact information, service history, tasks, and next steps in the CRM as part of the Account Support Specialist role at Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Coordinate routine requests, status updates, deliverables, and follow-up across internal teams across jewelry-retail marketing campaigns in this Account Support Specialist position.
• Monitor open items and service commitments and escalate delays, risks, or unresolved customer issues for the Jewelry Store Marketers team as part of Account Support Specialist work.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, usage or service updates, and other customer-facing information while supporting jewelry-retail marketing campaigns in the Account Support Specialist role at Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Identify recurring questions or service gaps and share them with the appropriate team for improvement as part of day-to-day Account Support Specialist responsibilities at Jewelry Store Marketers.
