Responsibilities

• Partners to create innovative, business solutions based on expert knowledge of the client’s business, industry, market trends and encourages new ideas from direct reports
• Act as a key client contact, overseeing all aspects of key projects of brand idea from initial concept through to execution
• Communicates with client regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables and obtain updates on the client’s business
• Manages ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gains support and ownership of all key stakeholders to execute project plans and productions on time and budget.
• Management of direct reports, fostering and enabling their growth and best performance
• Makes suggestions for broadening the range of strategies and tactics employed on a given project or brand
• Ensures creative product is developed according to deliverables
• Manages project scope & defines project resource requirements
• Maintains quality assurance and develops ideas for continuous improvement
• Reinforces roles and accountabilities internally and with the client

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Infrequent travel
• On-site work expectations
