Job Responsibilities:  

• Serve as day to say client contact and client lead across multiple accounts.   

• Manage project timelines, workbacks, and deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are on track and team ownership is clear. 

• Maintain and update key documentation, including portfolio calendars, award calendars, and other project tracking tools. 

• Lead client and internal status calls, including setting agendas and driving follow-ups. 

• Support strategic planning, including development of annual plans and project-specific plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

• Collaborate across leadership team disciplines, building strong partnerships with media, influencer, and AIM teams to deliver integrated 360° programming and client counsel. 

• Oversee event management, managing relationships with experiential production teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution. 

• Oversee the performance of accounts, and the execution of client programming and planning across all facets, including  budgeting, events, activations, and outreach.   

• Lead account teams in ideation and execution of best-in-class programming.  

• Set and meet campaign measurement and evaluation criteria.  

• Create engaging materials, including press releases, pitches, and key messages, that accurately communicate client’s programs, goals, priorities, etc.   

• Cultivate professional relationships with clients, colleagues, internal specialists, senior stakeholders, media, and agency partners.  

• Actively participate in - and contribute to - team meetings, brainstorms, and new business.  

• Set priorities and organize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines and assume a leadership role for assigned work.   

• Motivate, coach, and provide feedback to junior staff; identify training and development needs as appropriate.  

• Financial stewardship for accounts  

Qualifications:   

• Experience working on integrated communication programs   

• 4+ years of experience in public relations  

• Strong understanding of the relationship between traditional public relations and the use of current online/digital technology and social media   

• Experience working in food and beverage

• Strong digital and social media acumen   

• Strong budgeting and financial management skills  

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels  

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint   

• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
