Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Sales and Executive team to design strategic influencer campaigns.
  • Develop and lead influencer strategies to enhance campaigns and drive action.
  • Oversee and lead team of Account Managers and assistants and support day-to-day communication, negotiation, and collaboration with influencers to meet campaign objectives
  • Maintain relationships with public sector and private sector clients, leaders, and other key stakeholders throughout campaigns and after.
  • Responsible for the quality control of campaign/program deliverables and ensuring KPIs are met on time and on budget
  • Responsible for compiling portions of presentations, departmental POVs, agency materials and influencer communications with oversight from the Chief Creative & Delivery Officer.
  • Responsible for working with Data Team to collect, analyze and aggregate program reporting to clients; making recommendations and optimizations based on insights.
  • Lead and work seamlessly and effectively with members of the Influencer Marketing team, and cross-department account team members on all aspects of Influencer Marketing and client service.
  • Council, mentor and train lower level account managers, and assistants.
  • Manage project budgets from influencer payments and boosting, to staff time and other costs.

Requirements

  • An experienced professional with 7+ years of social media, and/or influencer marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing others
  • A college degree or certification in a related field (i.e. Business, Communications, Marketing/PR)
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking
  • Strong diplomatic skills.
  • Seasoned judgment, able to justify recommendations, and be responsive, clear and firm with partners.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and social media ecosystems
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of online community platforms and behaviors
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that connects with diverse audiences, including high-level executives and influencers across multiple genres
  • Experience building strategic and creative pitches that attract diverse clients and easily communicates complex models

Preferred

  • A calming presence that also can stand on their own
  • Experience vetting and negotiating with social media influencers is a plus
  • Administrative experience
  • Foreign language proficiency
  • Experience in politics
  • An interest in and knowledge of AI tools
  • Design experience (Canva counts!)
  • Experience building and delivering strategic marketing pitches that attract diverse clients and easily communicate complex business models
