The Role SAPinsider is growing its direct sales team and hiring several Account Representatives to sell integrated marketing, content, and event programs to SAP partner and B2B technology companies. The Account Representative is a quota-carrying, hunter-farmer role selling integrated marketing and event services including annual membership, event sponsorship and attendee tickets, research, digital services and editorial services to SAP Partner companies and SAP customers. The role manages a dedicated named account territory of ~150 named accounts. You will be selling directly to C-Level (CMO, CIO, CTO, CEO) and VP/Director level marketing, technology, security and data executives at these companies. The Account Representative reports to the Chief Sales & Revenue Officer. What You Will Do: Enterprise SAP Customer Group Event Attendee Sales Own a named account territory of ~150 SAP end user customer companies across all roles and functions including Technology, Finance, Security, Data Management and Supply Chain. Sell group event attendee ticket packages across all roles and functions. Achieve and exceed an annual bookings quota of $400,000 in Group and Individual event attendee ticket sales. Assure that each SAPinsider event and summit achieves attendee revenue. Renew event attendees and companies at higher than 80% retention annually. SAP Partner Membership Sales Own a global named account territory of B2B technology SAP Partner companies of 200+ net new and winback prospects across all Marketing roles and functions including the CMO, Events, Lead Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Advertising. Sell annual SAPinsider Partner Membership programs, event & summit sponsorships, webinars, email campaigns, digital advertising, content syndication, editorial creation and lead generation programs. Sell group event attendee tickets to all roles and functions including Finance, Product Development, Professional Services and Executives. Leverage proven sales playbooks and methods to assure quick results in your territory. Hunt for new opportunities within and across accounts, from first meeting through close, while farming renewals and upsells year over year. Manage an annual revenue quota in excess of $400K in SAP Partner Membership and Event Sponsorship vendor sales in 2026 with a target 115% Net Revenue Retention with >90% client retention annually. Drive renewals and multi-product expansion building on Membership and Events as the foundation stone for every client relationship. Collaborate closely with client delivery, research, editorial and events teams to ensure that every client program launches on time and meets client expectations. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess: 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and closing across B2B media, events, or marketing services selling to marketing and demand generation decision‑makers at B2B technology companies. Proven track record of $500K to $1M+ annual quota attainment in media, events, attendee tickets, marketing services and demand generation programs. Direct experience in selling event attendee ticket programs to technology users. Experience selling integrated campaigns (events, lead gen, webinars, content, digital) where success is measured on marketing pipeline/ROI and not just impressions and clicks. Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success prospecting into new accounts, new buying centers combined with the ability to deepen and grow existing relationships. Confident in selling to Manager and Director level marketing resources while also engaging VP and C-Suite leadership. You will attend all Events and Summits in the United States and in Europe to work directly with the SAPinsider Events Team assuring our members have an exceptional experience. Excellent speaking and writing communication skills. Strong experience in pipeline management and leveraging SFDC to manage the business. Compensation & Benefits The Account Representative enjoys a base salary of $80,000, per year with expected OTE of $130K uncapped. The role participates in all SAPinsider employee benefit programs including medical, dental, life insurance, spending accounts, 401K and unlimited vacation.
