Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Provo, UT, for an Account Manager specializing in website design. The Account Manager will oversee client projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and development teams, coordinating project timelines, communicating progress, and resolving any client concerns. The role also involves maintaining a detailed understanding of client needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design and website solutions aligned with those requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Familiarity with website design processes, including UX/UI principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and project management software (monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, etc)
• Basic understanding of branding, web tools, and digital strategies is a plus. (wordpress and wordpress builders like Elementor, Divi, other CMS like Wix and Shopify)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience as an account manager or project manager in a design or digital agency is highly beneficial
• Ability to use AI to streamline work.
