We manage Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Instacart advertising for our clients, acting as a trusted extension of their teams. We're a small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial team, not a big-agency environment, so this role comes with real ownership and room to grow quickly as we scale.

Role Description

We're hiring a full-time Account Manager to own client relationships end to end across our retail media accounts (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, Amazon). You will not be running the day-to-day ad campaigns yourself, that's handled by our dedicated ads and ops teams. Instead, you'll be the primary point of contact for a book of clients: setting strategy, presenting performance, managing expectations, and building the kind of trust that keeps clients long-term. You'll work closely with our ads and ops teams to translate client goals into execution, and be the person clients rely on to explain what's happening and why.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing client relationships specifically in retail media or e-commerce advertising, at a retail media agency, CPG brand, or retailer (e.g., in a retailer-side digital/marketplace role)
• Direct, hands-on familiarity with at least two of: Amazon Ads/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads
• A track record of owning client relationships directly, not just supporting or coordinating for someone else who owns the relationship
• Strong, confident communicator who can lead a client conversation, deliver hard news constructively, and build trust over time
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team without the structure of a big agency
• Full-time, remote (US-based, any time zone)

Compensation

• Base salary $75,000-$95,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus.
