Job Description

Scope of Work: Account Manager Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid) Role Summary The Account Manager will serve as a key member of the Account Management team, managing pre- and post-sale client communications, campaign coordination, and strategic sales support. This role plays an important part in responding to RFPs, building compelling sales materials, supporting client strategy development, and ensuring seamless execution across campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. 1. Sales Enablement & Pre-Sale Support Support RFP/RFI responses, media plans, and client presentations with strategic inputs and audience insights Assist in developing tentpole sponsorship packages, proactive one-sheets, sales decks, and positioning materials Leverage internal data tools (including Cadmus AI) and relevant market trends to strengthen proposals and narratives Maintain up-to-date sales collateral, case studies, and audience positioning materials Partner with Sales to identify upsell and new business opportunities Contribute to marketing materials and thought leadership pieces that support pipeline growth Help ensure all pre-sale materials align with current product offerings and company positioning 2. Account Management & Client Communication Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts under management guidance Coordinate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and track action items Maintain organized campaign documentation and communication records Ensure timely client responses and proactive outreach throughout the campaign lifecycle Support the refinement of internal processes and SLAs to enhance client experience 3. Campaign Coordination & Execution Support Coordinate campaign activations in partnership with Sales and Management, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines Collaborate with internal teams to monitor campaign pacing and flag issues when needed Support post-campaign reporting and help identify renewal or upsell opportunities Assist in compiling insights and performance summaries for client presentations 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Client Services, Ad Operations, Product, Marketing, and Management to ensure smooth execution Support Finance with billing documentation and reconciliation when needed Stay current on product updates, media offerings, and multicultural market positioning Share relevant insights and updates internally to support team alignment 5. Reporting & Strategic Support Prepare monthly and post-campaign performance reports with clear, actionable takeaways Assist in developing client-facing materials that highlight campaign impact and audience value Support internal strategic initiatives by contributing data, insights, and market context Help build scalable tools and templates that improve sales and reporting efficiency Key Deliverables Client-ready RFP/RFI submissions and sales presentations Updated and compelling sales materials, sponsorship packages, and positioning decks Organized campaign documentation and clear client communications On-time performance reports with actionable recommendations Strong cross-functional coordination across teams Streamlined internal workflows supporting sales and client services Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in account management, sales enablement, or digital media Experience at an agency, publisher, ad network, or media company Strong understanding of digital advertising (Display, OLV, CTV, a plus) Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) or willingness to learn Bachelor’s degree required Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required Comfortable presenting to internal and external teams Willingness to travel Why Join Mundial Media?
