About the Role:
As an Account Manager at PilotPractice, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we consistently deliver exceptional results. This role requires a blend of client management skills and marketing expertise, as you will be guiding clients through their marketing strategies while ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client goals
* Develop and manage client relationships, providing them with regular updates and insights on their marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive client growth and success
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results
* Oversee the coordination of deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
* Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency
* Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* A good eye for design and detail, ensuring that all marketing materials meet both client and agency standards
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client needs
