Responsibilities

• You own accounts end to end. Strategy, content, copy, and the client relationship. Not production support for someone else's plan. You're the person the client talks to and the person deciding what goes out.
• The work is mostly Instagram, but it extends to blogs, email, and website copy depending on the client. You'd need to be comfortable writing across all of it.
• This grows with you. Strong performers take on more accounts as we bring on new clients, and six or seven is where it becomes full-time income.
• We'd start you with one or two so you can get properly up to speed.

Requirements

• Someone who can look at an account with beautiful photos and no inquiries and know why.
• Strong writing across formats, since a caption, a blog post, and a client email all need to sound right.
• Strong visual taste and light graphic design required.
• Comfortable on a client call.
• Able to read analytics and change course rather than just reporting numbers.
• Interior design experience is a plus but not required.
• Strategic thinking is harder to teach than the industry.
