Job Description

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of advertising initiatives such as print, photography, digital, email & social media projects for multiple clients or brands. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, proofreading, project management, and other assigned tasks. The AM provides administrative and client service support to Kreber’s account and creative teams. The AM maintains a high level of awareness with client activities, provides detail-oriented project management support and professional communication with key client contacts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as agendas, meeting recaps and other client communications and correspondence
  • Manage client assets and databases in support of creative work
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
  • Review creative work for spelling/grammar, content accuracy, strategic objectives, photography offer/direction accuracy
  • Verify production specs with print vendors, imaging and the production teams
  • Field and process internal information requests
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and file archives of past project information as appropriate
  • Coordinate production of client projects from initiation through completion working with agency’s internal departments (production design, creative services, technology, photography studio, digital imaging) and external partners (freelancers, printers)
  • Maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential risks and/or opportunities within or related to the project
  • Communicate/elevate when pinch points arise within the budget/schedule and make recommendations on how to proceed
  • Provide assistance to the agency’s internal departments when needed on stretch projects
  • Use sensitivity and understand confidentiality when dealing with client information and managing financial information
  • Some travel may be required to and from current or potential client sites

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or related majors
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with agency specific experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to self-manage with stellar time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment
  • Flexibility to successfully embrace change/new direction
  • Skillful/creative problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences (internal team to client executives)
  • Analytical and logical thinker
  • Experience with Mac platform preferred
