QuickAds is a full-stack AI solution specializing in "Performance Creatives as a Service. We solve the critical challenge of content volume and diversity for the modern economy. Our platform combines proprietary data intelligence with AI and human editing to deliver high-performing ads at scale, currently producing ~1,000 creatives weekly for global clients, making us perhaps the one of the biggest enterprise grade paid social media AI ads infrastructure and service.

Role Overview

We're hiring an AE to sell Quickads into one of two verticals:

SaaS / High Tech

Travel / Lifestyle

This is a commission-only role for tenured AEs who want uncapped upside instead of a capped base. Strong

performers can convert to base + commission once both sides agree it's a fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts
• Run discovery calls and demos with marketing/growth decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines
• Keep CRM and forecasting accurate
• Partner with marketing/CS on handoff post-close

Compensation

• Up to 30% revenue share, uncapped
• Estimated earnings: $300K–$400K+ for strong performers
• Conversion to base + commission possible after a mutual evaluation period
• Full terms detailed in formal comp agreement at offer stage

Requirements

• 5+ years as an AE with a proven track record hitting/exceeding quota
• Experience selling into SaaS/high tech or travel/lifestyle (specify which)
• Existing network or ability to self-source pipeline
• Comfortable operating commission-only, no guaranteed base
• Strong CRM/forecasting habits and communication skills

Nice to have: warm network in your vertical, martech/ad-tech sales experience, startup background
