Job Summary

Drive client media relations and program execution in clean energy PR, coordinating brainstorming, events, and corporate communications while guiding junior staff and aligning timelines.

  • Manage and execute PR plans, product introductions, and events, including budgets and materials
  • Draft, edit, and pitch press materials and build media/analyst relationships
  • Align client priorities with team schedules and nurture junior team collaboration

Job Description

  • Participate and assist in program brainstorming, development, and planning
  • Execute against public relations plans, product introduction strategies and special events, including budget tracking, material preparation
  • Schedules client-related team meetings and conference calls and/or events as needed
  • Take responsibility for junior level client relationships
  • Understand larger client timelines and priorities
  • Supports the overall organization and success of the account
  • Research, draft, edit and proofread press releases, and corporate communications materials
  • Nurture solid relationships with media and industry analysts
  • 2-4 years of public relations experience, ideally in clean energy, tech, or sustainability sectors. Prior agency experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in the energy transition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital PR tools and analytics platforms.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit and leadership qualities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
