What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized organizations through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Build relationships and educate customers about our clients' programs and initiatives.
• Develop professional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Participate in daily coaching, training, and mentorship sessions.
• Work alongside an ambitious, goal-driven team in a collaborative environment.
• Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.
• Grow into leadership opportunities based on performance—not seniority.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Self-driven with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Available to work a minimum of three days per week
• Able to commute to our Uptown Houston office with reliable transportation

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or communications is helpful but not required—we provide full training for the right candidates.
