Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of channel specific asset creation and ensures work is executed flawlessly, on time and on budget.
In This Role, You Will

• Lead, support, and assist in the completion of day-to-day projects
• Communicate across agency network of current projects and releases
• Serve as the liaison between the client and the agency
• Work with the strategy and analytics team to ensure all projects are following best practices and identify learnings from previous campaigns
• Participate in weekly status meetings and calls including issuing and updating status report(s), detailing all active projects, status, timing, and next steps
• Work with project management to review and approve schedules for assets responsible for developing
• Recap client comments and ensure revisions address comments
• Recap client direction, comments and agreements in the form of a contact report
• Keep supervisor apprised of the status of work
• QC projects at all stages – conception, development, and production
• Report to Analytics all the project details and insights for complete results analysis
  

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1-3 years as Assistant Account Executive
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Computer literate
• Team player
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented with a can-do attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments/projects
• Professional attitude; capable of engaging day-to-day client contacts directly
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred

This role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $160,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
