Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, and other social channels as needed. Develop and share engagement initiatives that go beyond reactive responses to actively shape conversations.
  • Craft copy for social posts and exemplify the brand voice and tone in all community interactions.
  • Work with the internal and client teams on brainstorms and quick-turn social moments
  • Exhibit strong cultural competency and the ability to identify trends and opportunities. Identify and implement new formats or content opportunities to strengthen audience connection.
  • Maintain an accurate and current editorial calendar, ensuring all updates and changes are reflected in master documents and tools.
  • Proactively flag opportunities for the brand and escalate issues as needed in a timely matter.
  • Work with strategy and analytics to provide learnings and recommendations based on current trends in the community and industry. Provide insights and recommendations to evolve the brand’s social presence and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and improve workflows and processes for community management and escalations.
  • Confidently present ideas, strategies, and performance updates to clients while building and maintaining strong relationships. Ability to navigate client conversations, understand their needs, and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • A solid grasp of core social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels as needed) and how brands can successfully leverage them.
  • A passion for social media, from both a branding and cultural perspective, and an understanding of content best practices across social channels.
  • Great writing skills and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of influencers/ tastemakers across social platforms is a plus.
  • Microsoft and social event experience a plus.
