We are looking for a motivated and spirited Account Executive to join our Client Services team, where you will be a key driver in bringing to life our clients’ strategic and creative needs within the fast-paced world of drinks.

KEY DETAILS

• Location: New York City
• Employment: Full-time, permanent
• Work Model: Hybrid. 3 days a week in office (Mon, Wed, and Thurs) in Flatiron.
• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT SIDECAR, YOU WILL…

• Be a day-to-day contact for your clients, working under an Associate Account Director to meet clients’ needs, attend client calls and meetings, take notes and track follow-up items, and proactively approach problem-solving.
• Support every aspect of project planning and execution, including budget tracking, timeline management, brief writing, creative brainstorming, asset management, and presentation building.
• Work across multiple accounts, supporting different team members on various projects from retail POS and print assets to integrated campaigns and content development
• Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and design teams to concept and execute projects, ensuring all work stays on brief, in budget, and on-time. 
• Source and build relationships with third-party vendors, monitor budget expenses and manage production needs.
• Be the gatekeeper of quality work, ensuring all written communication and creative ideas are on brief and meet the agency’s standard of excellence. 
• Learn a lot. But also have a lot of fun. We work in drinks, after all.

YOU MUST HAVE…

• 2-4 years of experience at a creative agency in a similar client service role.
• Exemplary organizational skills - the ability to multitask while helping keep the greater team organized 
• An eye for design - comfortable working with designers to achieve excellence, and have the ability to visualize and implement the premium aesthetic of our clients  
• A team-player mentality - on a small team, everyone brings a lot to the table
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• A glass-half-full personality - a resiliently positive attitude is key to the Sidecar ethos  
• Tech-savvy enough to learn software and programs quickly
• Legal authorization to work in the US and must be 21+
