Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior day to day client lead across a portfolio of brands or a large, multi-workstream engagement
Earn trust quickly, and keep it by being proactive, informed, and never caught flat-footed
Translate evolving client needs into clear scopes, priorities, and ways of working
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, especially in environments where strategy is set internally and requires strong translation into execution
Champion a social-first, platform-native approach across all workstreams
Guide the development of always-on content systems that balance scale, speed, and cultural relevance
Partner closely with Strategy & Creative to ensure work is not just on-brief, but culturally sharp and worth engaging with
Push beyond campaign thinking to build sustainable content ecosystems and fandom-driven engagement
Lead a cross-functional team across account, project management, strategy, creative, and production
Set the tone for how the team shows up: calm, accountable, and solutions-oriented

Requirements

10+ years in account management, agency-side preferred
Experience in digital, social, and content-led programs, especially organic social
You've ideally managed entertainment, fandom, or multi-brand accounts
You understand how culture moves on social and you have strong opinions about how brands should (and shouldn\'t) show up in it
You communicate with clarity and confidence, in a deck, in a room, in a Slack message
Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments where priorities shift and clarity isn’t always given
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without ego
