Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day client lead for your assigned portfolio, building trust and strategic partnership.
- Own all client communications, including weekly updates, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Translate complex campaign results into actionable insights for client stakeholders.
- Partner with media managers and cross-channel teams to ensure campaigns are optimized and aligned with client KPIs.
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of reporting and performance updates.
- Identify risks or underperformance early and work with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Manage and mentor media managers
- Provides hands on platform knowledge and training when needed
- BALANCES team bandwidth
- Delegates client deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of performance marketing (search, social, programmatic) and how campaigns drive client outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to convey strategy and results with clarity and confidence.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across internal teams to drive execution.
