Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Coordinator based in Shreveport, LA. The Account Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Tasks include managing client accounts, providing exemplary customer service, coordinating projects across various teams, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven Account Management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines
