Summary
The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
This position will support our Client Services group under our Sales team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Washington, DC.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in, and take notes at, strategic meetings and client meetings
• Provide administrative support both on client related tasks, and those related to internal agency initiatives
• Collaborate with account and creative teams, as well as specialists, to execute results-driven campaigns
• Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned clients’ industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan
• Perform a variety of duties to support the execution of campaigns which may include coordinating ad submissions and barter fulfillments, managing client’s social media communities, maintaining up-to-date website content, coordinating email deployment and conducting primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative research
• Participate in kick-off meetings and creative concept development
• Monitor and report overall campaign performance (external) to ensure client goals are achieved
• Create and submit invoices and POs
• Open new projects and close completed projects in project management software
• Support the implementation of campaign tactics and timelines
• Proofread internal and client proofs
• Other duties as assigned
  

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business administration
• 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing tools
