Responsibilities

• Account administration - Keep the team on track by ensuring that they're on top of their communication, aware of deadlines and armed with the assets and information they need. You'll schedule and manage calendars, maintain product inventory, facilitate product and imagery requests, and record and circulate call notes.
• Results Tracking - Routinely monitor, compile and showcase the team's work for the client through daily media monitoring and clipping, and weekly results reporting
• Agency administration - Support the agency by diligently maintaining its databases, lists and systems, and avoiding redundancies and inefficiencies. You maintain contact lists, manage mailers and support upper management with additional tasks needed
