Compensation

• Daily fee
• Uncapped commission

• Typical first-year earnings: $35,000–$55,000

Compensation increases based on performance and advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent national charities at live event locations
• Engage directly with the public
• Educate and enroll monthly supporters
• Track daily performance metrics
• Participate in team trainings focused on sales and leadership
• Assist in expanding into new territories

This is a face-to-face, people-focused role. You will be on your feet and interacting with the public daily.

Our Management Training Program develops individuals into Assistant Managers and ultimately Managing Directors.

As a Managing Director, you will:

• Lead and develop your own team
• Oversee campaign performance within your territory
• Manage recruiting and team expansion
• Coordinate daily marketing operations
• Be responsible for market growth and results
