Job Summary

Own and execute the museum PR and social media program, including media reporting, alerts, press releases, social content, events submissions, and stakeholder collaboration across Crystal Bridges and The Momentary; support strategy with research, planning, and evaluation, while meeting strong written communication, research, and confidentiality requirements.

Manage weekly media reports and develop media plans
Create social content and track performance
Represent PR and Social Media in staff events and onsite media coordination

Job Description

Responsibilities

Track and create weekly media reports
Write media alerts and press releases
Create social media content
Submit events to community calendars
Write occasional articles or blog posts
Support social media strategy with research, posts, and evaluation
Develop media plans, with consultation
Research
Host onsite media and production teams across Crystal Bridges and the Momentary
Staff interviews

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Familiarity with using computers and the Internet as research and communications tools.
Ability to accept and synthesize constructive critique of work.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
Sign a confidentiality agreement.
