Job Summary
Own campus ambassador activity that turns small celebrations into repeat Drops and builds organizer networks on campus.
- Own Drops from idea to celebration and ensure at least 10 participants per event
- Recruit organizers by showing WithLuv in action and scale through campus networks
- Share learnings and feedback to improve program and social proof
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Run your own Drop for someone you care about and help others on campus do the same.
- Create and run Drops for birthdays, graduations, team celebrations, anything worth celebrating
- Recruit organizers by showing them what a WithLuv looks like in action
- Share your experience on social (when it feels natural, not forced)
- Give us feedback on what’s working and what’s not.
Requirements
- Current student on campus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well connected on campus (clubs/Greek life/dorms/sports)
Preferred
- Experience in campus ambassador programs
- Strong social media presence or fluency
