Job Summary

Own the end-to-end redesign and ongoing optimization of a professional services website, driving UX improvements, content layout, SEO, and lead-generation initiatives across desktop, mobile, and analytics-driven improvements.

  • Lead design, development, and launch of the updated site
  • Define information architecture, CTAs, tracking, and post-launch training

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and modernize our existing website.
  • Create a clean, responsive design that performs well on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Improve navigation and overall user experience.
  • Develop service pages highlighting our engineering and accident reconstruction expertise.
  • Create compelling calls-to-action that encourage visitors to request consultations.
  • Optimize the website for speed and search engines (SEO).
  • Integrate contact forms and lead capture functionality.
  • Recommend improvements to branding, imagery, and content layout.
  • Ensure the website is easy for our team to update after launch.
  • Provide basic training or documentation for website management.

Preferred

  • Experience designing websites for professional service firms such as engineering, legal, consulting, medical, or financial companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, professional websites.
