Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company websites, web applications, and intranet portals, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support SEO initiatives by implementing on-page optimization, developing keyword strategies, and executing technical SEO improvements to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging landing pages, track campaign performance, and support web-related marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity to monitor site performance, user engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication, project updates, and successful project execution.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint intranet sites, ensuring they serve as effective internal communication tools.
  • Assist with the integration of new web technologies, stay informed about industry trends, and propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Support other marketing efforts and special projects as needed, contributing to the overall digital strategy of the company.

Requirements

  • degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent hands-on experience
  • minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience working on websites or digital marketing projects
  • comfortable reading and editing code
  • familiarity in essential tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred

  • experience with SEO
  • Progressive Web App concepts
  • version control systems like Git/GitHub
  • CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • familiarity with analytics and optimization tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity
  • Basic knowledge of web hosting, DNS, server environments
