Job Summary

Own end-to-end Meta paid media for multiple financial-services accounts, turning strategy into scalable lead-gen and appointment-setting programs while aligning performance reviews, reporting, and proactive optimization.

Campaign execution and optimization: budgets, targeting, bids, testing for cost-per-appointment targets.
Creative & messaging: write ad copy and VSL scripts, develop hooks, and collaborate with video editors, with AI-assisted copy for speed and quality.
Measurement, tracking, and operations: set up pixels and events, Calendly/Zapier lead routing, and troubleshoot cross-platform issues to keep pipelines healthy.
