Responsibilities

• Develop and own the multi-channel performance marketing roadmap. Align paid media efforts with broader company growth goals and long-term brand health.
• Optimize budget allocation across channels.
• Roadmap out a long-term build it/buy it/rent it strategy for marketing technology investments.
• Partner with Data Science and Risk Teams to build robust attribution models.
• Lead the strategy for landing page optimization and funnel experimentation to improve conversion.
• Manage and develop the team into specialists in their channels and manage external relationships with agencies.
• Look broadly across the company at the data available and develop a plan to use that data to drive more acquisitions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in performance marketing with 2+ years in leadership roles
• Strong preference for financial services experience or other regulated industry, such as insurance or pharmaceuticals
• Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic DSPs, etc, with a strong curiosity about how to make new and emerging channels work for the company
• Ability to communicate and manage, at all levels of the company, complex concepts into meaningful, actionable items
