Job Summary

Own the marketing narrative and lifecycle strategy for a luxury, mission-driven brand, shaping storytelling, CRM and automation to attract qualified inquiries and cultivate lasting client relationships.

  • Shape the Wild Nectar story across channels
  • Lead lifecycle, CRM, and audience nurture
  • Balance elegant brand language with measurable results

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Wild Nectar story: Help clarify how we talk about who we are, what we offer, and why it matters. This includes elevating our website, ad campaigns, investor materials, client communications, partnerships, and sales support.
  • Speak to affluent travelers with restraint and emotional intelligence: Our clients are thoughtful decision-makers. They respond to marketing that feels intelligent, beautiful, and deeply attuned to what they value.
  • Make NectaMark™ meaningful: NectaMark™ is our proprietary Eco Score assessment system, used to evaluate travel operators against Wild Nectar’s standards for sustainability, stewardship, guest experience, and care for local communities, cultures, and habitats.
  • Lead lifecycle and CRM strategy: Wild Nectar uses Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and TraveLite, our customized Salesforce-based platform. You do not need to be a SFMC developer, but you should know how CRM, email, nurture, segmentation, and automation build trust and move the right travelers toward inquiry.

Requirements

  • Senior marketing experience with luxury, premium, mission-driven, or high-consideration buyers.
  • A gifted storyteller with strong copy instincts, sophisticated visual taste, and the ability to turn a meaningful thesis into clear, compelling marketing.
  • Understand that beautiful brand language leads to qualified inquiries, real conversations, booked travel, and long-term client relationships.
  • Think in full-funnel terms; when numbers conflict across platforms, you can define the source of truth and clarify what is actually happening.
  • Understand CRM, email, nurture, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and thoughtful follow-up. Ability to brief a journey, review one with a critical eye, and spot issues in lead definitions, nurture paths, or lifecycle flows.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a founder-stage environment without a large team, large budget, or perfect clarity.
  • Cares deeply about sustainability, cultural respect, and building something that matters.
  • Proactive, decisive, and fun to work with.

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar systems is helpful.
