Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shapes the Marketing organization’s vision, priorities, and strategic roadmap in partnership with the CGO.
  • Aligns Marketing strategies and initiatives with enterprise objectives and drives cross‑functional coordination to ensure unified execution.
  • Oversees the Marketing program portfolio, ensuring disciplined delivery, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across all initiatives.
  • Establishes governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms that strengthen accountability and performance management.
  • Monitors Marketing investments to ensure ROI, financial rigor, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Supports financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide resource and investment decisions.
  • Drives resource planning and optimizes budget allocation to maximize impact across programs and initiatives.
  • Leads execution of strategic initiatives and tracks progress against milestones to ensure sustained momentum.
  • Serves as the escalation point for operational challenges, removing barriers and enabling organizational success.
  • Prepares executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum (10) + years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
  • Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in governance, portfolio management, and financial planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to interpret data and apply basic to intermediate math skills.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
