Job Summary

Own and optimize enterprise marketing operations in a regulated financial services context, focusing on automation, CRM, analytics, and governance to drive cross‑functional growth.

  • Operations & Automation: lead marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign management to improve efficiency and lead flow.
  • Analytics & Governance: build dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and governance models while managing vendors and platform estates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing enterprise-level marketing operations strategies.
  • Leading marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign management.
  • Optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management projects.
  • Build executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analytics tools.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, investment, product, compliance, and executive teams.
  • Improve marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and marketing technology platforms. Establish best practices in governance, project management, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading marketing operations in financial services, investment management, banking, or fintech companies.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing campaign management technologies. Experience in enterprise-level marketing operations and cross-functional project management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Advanced analytics and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance, communications, or a related field.

Preferred

  • MBA or other advanced business qualifications are preferred
  • Prior experience working in a regulated financial environment is preferred. Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and financial industry regulations is also a plus.
