Job Description

  • Act as a senior cross-functional advisor to other vice presidents and executive leaders on omnichannel strategy, organization design, and future commerce priorities
  • Provide deep expertise in retailer and distributor ecommerce/omnichannel platforms (e.g., Home Depot), including how search, assortment, content, pricing, and fulfillment drivers influence performance, and translate those insights into strategies that drive preference and disproportionate growth for Milwaukee Tool

  • Design the future-state organizational architecture, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance forums, and shared KPI frameworks, with a mindset of the optimal structure for the organization, not to simply increase span of control

  • Own digital shelf performance across retailer.com and distributor.com platforms, including search visibility, content effectiveness, and conversion
  • Partner with Brand & Digital Product teams to establish a full-funnel commerce media approach spanning online, in-store, creator/influencer, and closed-loop measurement opportunities, including Home Depot Orange Apron Media, Ace RedVest Media, and future distributor-led media program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, omnichannel commerce, digital sales, or commercial growth roles
  • Direct experience working with large omnichannel retail partners and/or distributors, with Home Depot or similar partners strongly preferred
  • Experience within consumer durables, tools, hardware, industrial, or comparable physical product categories preferred
  • Senior commercial leader with a demonstrated ability to own and drive P&L‑based growth through eCommerce and omnichannel channels
  • Deep experience across retailer.com, distributor.com, and retail media ecosystems, with a strong understanding of how these platforms drive commercial results
  • Proven expertise in digital shelf performance, including search, content, assortment, pricing, fulfillment, and conversion drivers
  • Track record of developing and executing multi‑year enterprise strategies that deliver profitable growth at scale
  • Experience serving as a cross-functional leader and advisor to executive stakeholders on omnichannel strategy, organization design, and future commerce priorities
  • Strong change leadership capabilities, with experience modernizing operating models, governance, and ways of working in complex, matrixed organizations
